چکیده :

Objective: In this research we are impelled to religious influence on organizational citizenship behavior with regard to the role of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and positive affect our review. Methodology for the purpose of research and application of methods and techniques for data collection and survey, is described. Spss 19 and, lisrel 8.53 software for data analysis, was used. Society desired, ilam University staff which has a population of over 282 people. Because of the limited number have used the census. (Bach's alpha for the total relationship SEK is 0/911).
