چکیده :

In this study, the concept of corporate culture and its characteristics were studied of different views and theories. Also, the research has been established to identify effective components of organizational culture on job satisfaction of Sarcheshmeh copper complex’s employee and to create collaborative and entrepreneurial culture. Elements of corporate culture that is regarded in the study are: consciousness, administrative discipline, economic discipline, communication patterns and conflict resolution. This research is descriptive – analytic and SPSS software has been used to analyze the data and Questionnaire was used as a tool in the study and Cronbach's alpha was applied to determine the validity of questionnaire which was 0.88. The results show there is a significant positive relationship between each components of effective organizational culture and job satisfaction of study population for creation and development of corporate culture and entrepreneurship. Finally, recommendations are proposed to the complex managers in order to improve and develop of collaborative and entrepreneurial culture. Also among the components of effective corporate culture, work ethic with 4.68 high and conflict with 3.39 had the least impact on their job satisfaction.
