The Alignment of Strategic plan with IT in Organization Performance of Libraries

Implication of IT strategy in state organizations and organs is the most important concern among top managers and as valid IT infrastructure is required among the staffs to share information and despite the priority of the issue, the approaches and implication models and implication of IT strategy in the organizations is not possible without considering the model for performance, applying IT. Thus, to establish IT in the organizations and information centers and better understanding of IT, the developing ways in the organizations required a model to use IT strategic in information centers that the organizations and information centers can reach their goals. In the framework of a paper we reviewed the concepts and the needs and effect of IT and barriers of using IT strategy and the relation between them and how they can complete each other in information centers are dealt. Finally, we used technology strategic alignment model HP Fewelt pacart to use in information centers by chaos theory.
