Measurement of Effective Implementation Propellants of the services of mobile government in South Khorasan Province

Undoubtedly, electronic government has an important and main role in developing and using technology and as it was mentioned, mobile government also provides the same services. However, mobile government has two features which are service at any place and at any time and it is possible that these two items might not exist at the same time for the electronic government. This research has been conducted with the purpose of measuring effective factors on effective implementation of mobile services in South Khorasan Province in the frame of four dimensions (socio-cultural, acceptance, management and organization, technical and technologic). The statistical population of the research includes all of the experts of the field of information technology of the governmental organizations in South Khorasan Province who were 300 people that were determined according to Morgan table of the statistical sample equal to 169 people. Data collection tool in this research is a questionnaire including 42 items and based on Likert spectrum classification and also interviews with socio-cultural experts. This research has three questions (instead of hypothesis). The data collected by the questionnaires was processed by the SPSS software and in the analysis of data, one-sample t-test and Friedman test have been used. The rank of the four dimensions shows that the acceptance dimension is the most effective dimension in the effective implementation of the services of the mobile government and the management and organizational dimension, the technical and technological dimension and also the socio-cultural dimension are next in line. The research results showed the effectiveness of all of the reviewed dimensions on effective implementation of the services of mobile government and at the end, some strategies have also been presented for the effective implementation of the services of the mobile government in South Khorasan province.
