چکیده :

ntroduction and Goal: the variations lead the organizations toward modern challenges that lack of attention to them threats organization survival and success progressively. This position has resulted to that many organizations revise their own business priorities and strategic viewpoints and set their own emphasis on compatibility to changes of business environment and replying customer’s needs. This study has been done in the goal of investigation of the relationship between agility abilities of organization and social responsibility in the private banks (Keshavarzi, Maskan, and San’at-Ma’dan), Sanandaj city, on the base of measures of correlation and regression coefficients at 2014. Materials and Methods: this research is a field-survey study. The information has been collected by field and library method and benefiting the MBA theses related to organization agility, direct referring to the researched bank branches and the set of measures which are used to evaluate social agility and social responsibility, and on the base of method of Pearson’s correlation coefficient and linear regression model, by SPSS version15, it has evaluated organization agility and social responsibility in the private banks of Sanandaj City. Findings: the collected information in two groups of agility abilities of organization (fastness, flexibility, competency, responsibility) and social responsibility (economical, legal, moral, precautionary) denotes the correlation between these two variables, thus correlation coefficient has been identified between two variables and the banks which have complete direct coefficient. Conversation and Conclusion: regarding the previous studies, there is a meaningful and direct relationship between ability, fastness, competency, flexibility and responsibility with social responsibility which is an important factor for people's output in the banks, governmental and private institutions. In this research, agility abilities have also a significant role to determine output of private banks. Based on the results, it can resulted that there is a weak correlation between agility abilities of organization and social responsibility, and the branches managers must afford to enhance these abilities among personnel.
