The aim of the distribution system experts and planners from design and manufacture kind of network, increasing system efficiency, consequently the growth of economic indexes. More importantly, increasing the satisfaction of users. What so far, has been presented in the discussion of the distribution systems reliability, assessment system performance indexes in annual periods. In this paper, is paid the reliability indexes changes for the monthly period. The purpose of paper, is to provide strategy in short- term period (monthly) to network management for reducing cutoff number, cutoff time, and finally ENS, increase customer satisfaction from electric distribution companies and comparing the performance air and ground network. The paper has been done on based on a case study Bakhtar regional electric company sample network substation. In the paper, simulation results obtained by CYME PSAF 2.81 R2.9.
