چکیده :

In this work, the homotopy analysis method with two auxiliary parameters is applied to study steady flow over a rotating disk in porous medium. The analytic solutions of the system of nonlinear ordinary differential equations are constructed in the series form. The convergence of the obtained series solutions is carefully analyzed. It is proved that the second auxiliary parameter increase the valid region of h  curve and the rate of convergence in this problem. The velocity profiles are shown and the influence of the porosity parameter on them is discussed in detail. The validity of our solutions is verified by the numerical results (the fourth-order Runge-Kutta method and Shooting method).
