Explain the impact of organizational innovation and service quality on third variable component of organizational effectiveness (Case Study: Youth and Sports Department of Fars Province)

Note that the most important aim of each organization is reaching to premium effectiveness, so the organization in addition to improving the quality should provide various aspects that every operating staffs, without fear and coercion, could pay attention to causes of organizational innovation in different dimensions that leads to improvement and increasing organizational effectiveness. This study explores the impact of service quality and organizational innovation on third variable component of organizational effectiveness in the General Directorate of Youth and Sports Shiraz province. The present research method is descriptive method (non-test) and the research design is correlation and data collection method is field method and library. This research purpose is applied research. Research tools include three standard questionnaires. The questionnaires obtained using SPSS software and using descriptive and inferential statistics with respect to Beta coefficients, are analyzed to find relationships between variables. In multivariate analysis the coefficient of service quality factor variable impact on organizational effectiveness is (60%) and organizational innovation variable factor on organizational effectiveness is 37%, respectively. Also the dependent variable of organizational effectiveness through the influence of the independent variables of service quality and organizational innovation in multiple regression method, was predicted 81%. Finally, the results of the study approved that there is a positive and a strong meaningful correlation between variable and components of service quality and organizational innovation with third variable component of organizational effectiveness.
