OPTIMAL LOCALIZATION OF VERTICAL PARKING IN BABOL OLD TEXTURE NEIGHBORHOODS USING (GIS) ,

Parkings as one of the important infrastructures have a main role in reducing parking in margins and in smoothing the trraffic. Vertical parking lots have efficiency while have space-place optimal positioning. Old contexture of Babol city spwecially it`s transportation network is faced with the main problem of parking shortage for comercial applications and other applications. Doing activities by noticing this application (vertical parking) cause appearance of this problem as an urban dilemma. The region of Babol old contexture is receptive of other regiong` crossing transportation, in addition to the role of trans-regional and lack of enjoiment , on the other hand has the highest parking shortage in other rigions proportional to the existing transport in it and also failure to correct location of existing parkings. In this research, in order to optimal positioning of vertical parkings for more application of case region, first , initial studies were done in order to identify effective factors in selecting optimal place of parking, then in the moode of multiscale decision making technique framework, and through hieratchical and live analyse method of scales was done and then topsis model was used to order suitable ranges.
