چکیده :

Abstract: The employment and solve of clear and unclear unemployment in Iran is a multidimensional and multisectional challenge, and it’s management require intersectional and interorganizational collaboration. The goal of this research is explanation of interorganizational coordination among policy making organizations of employment in Iran. The sample was 491 person, instruments was Questionnaire includes some standard questions with reliability of 0.76. The results states that first, these six variables were explained interorganizational coordination in format of Path Analysis Regression, and affected on that direct, indirect and also interactionally. Based on, as direct affecting, Mutual Trust(1.22) affects on interorganizational coordination more than others, and from this view, variables of Mutual Communication Easily(0.37), Goal Orientation(0.36), Mutual Benefits(0.32), and Team Thinking(0.20), were in next rating, respectively, and Consistence Organizational Cultures did not any affect on that. Of course, all of six variables affects on interorganizational coordination, indirectly. Second, based on six hypothesis, there is no interorganizational coordination among above organizations. Finally, it is concluded remarks that for creating interorganizational coordination among policy making organizations of employment, managers how should attend to these six variables.
