Presenting a talent identification model in the field of championship sports in Iran with a data foundation approach

Abstract: The present study was conducted with the aim of presenting a talent identification model in the field of championship sports in Iran with the data approach of the foundation. The research method was qualitative and was performed using the systematic method of data foundation. Research methods. This method consists of three stages of open coding, axial coding and selective coding. Materials.The statistical population of the study included all experts and thinkers in the field of research, including prominent sports professors specializing in research, experts in the field of championship talent in sports, experts working in the field of sports talent in two prestigious clubs in Iran. The method of snowballs was chosen and their number reached 18 people. The tools of the present study were the use of scientific sources including articles, authoritative books, authoritative scientific and news sites and in-depth and open interviews with sample people who presented the research findings to the participants in order to assess their qualitative validity. The proposed model was studied by them and their points of view were applied. In the end, this model was studied and reviewed by prominent sports professors, and some cases were expressed to modify or change the final model. In order to assess the quality of the reliability, the process audit method and also the method of intra-subject agreement were used, which showed 69% reliability between the two coders, which showed the reliability of the coders. Results. Finally, a native model for talent identification based on the paradigm model of Strauss and Corbin was presented, the consequences of which are success in the field of championship and effective income and investment for sports clubs.
