In this dissertation concluded the following: Studied this problem on the basis of investigation of asymptotic behavior of the loop function for the scalar particles in quantum chromodynamics field and, electrodynamics field. Determined the structure of interaction Hamiltonian with nonperturbative corrections which connected with a relativistic nature of a system for pomerons (glueballs), quarkonium, Hydrogen atom and -atom. Obtained the mass spectrum of bound state system in QCD and QED. Showed the calculation of spin effects on interaction Hamiltonian in the nonrelativistic limit. Obtained the constituent mass, showed that the mass of particles is deferent in the bound states and free states.
