The relationship between demographic characteristics & Physical Education teachers’ job satisfaction of Bushehr schools

Today, in the first of the 21 century, world faces to big change which it create new knowledge & needs. Need that help to more welfare & also increase to the new problems. These problems increased the organizations ‘duties & social institutions. The institution that has direct relationship with these changes & must be coordinated with these changes is Education organization. This study is done for surveying on the relationship between some of the demographic characteristics & Physical-Education teachers’ job satisfaction of Bushehr schools. The population included all male & female Physical-Education teachers of Bushehr in 2009-2010, they were 108 male teachers & 78 female (n=186) because of low of them, the sample included all of them & used descriptive statistics such as; Frequency distribution for surveying on demographic characteristics. Also it used deductive statistics for determining the relationship between demographic characteristics & teachers’ job satisfaction, so there is Pearson & Spearman statistics; it was used two correlation coefficients. The results showed that there is meaningful relationship between teachers’ job satisfaction & the level of championship & coaching cards (α=0.05) & also there is not significant relationship between the level of sport experiences & referee card and qualification of teachers (α=0.05). Job satisfaction has the most important effect on the organizational behavior & their activities continuum, employees’ job satisfaction was done through voluntary absent, leaving organization or both of them & affect on the activities continuum so caused to the employees don’t do their duties.
