چکیده :

The present research has been conducted in order to analyze relationship among salaries and wage in organizational productivity between personnel of public banks in Western Azerbaijan Province in Iran. The method of this study is of descriptive survey type and it is considered as applied research in terms of nature of study. The statistical population of this study includes personnel of public banks from Western Azerbaijan Province that is totally 80 participants. The sampling technique is of random type. The rate of reliability of questionnaire was determined by Cronbach alpha coefficient so that the value of Cronbach alpha coefficient was derived (α= 0.873) for questionnaire of salaries and wage and (α 0.928) for questionnaire of productivity of manpower. The given data were analyzed according to research hypotheses and by means of statistical descriptive methods including mean, frequency, and standard deviation and used in inferential statistics through multivariate regression as well as Pearson’s correlation test. The major hypothesis of research expresses that there is significant relationship among salaries and wage with productivity of manpower among personnel of public banks. In minor hypotheses, the significant relationship was tested among salaries and each of variables of productivity (environment, motive, assessment credibility, organizational support, perception, and capability). According to the given results, we can conclude that the salaries and wage significantly affect on productivity (efficiency) and the related variables and results belong to each of hypotheses are significant at level 0.05.
