چکیده :

Today, organizations used In-service training as an instrument for increasing their personnel performance and adapting them with changes. Some causes of using In-Service training are promoting the quality, creativity, entrepreneurship and efficiency. It was done by increasing the self- confidence and motivation of health workers for promoting the responsibility and reinforcing competence. The self- confidence and its reinforcement can create a Valuable Content and can facilitate the mental and creativity skills of employees. The main goal of this research is reviewing the effect of In-service training on self- confidence of Mazandaran health workers. The research method is descriptive- survey."360" persons of Mazandaran health- workers in 16 cities have cooperated in this research. A researcher made questionnaire was the measuring tool. Questionnaire validity was accepted by experts. The amount of its reliability was computed by Cronbach’s Alpha was 0.79. Data by the use of SPSS software contained descriptive statistics methods and single group statistic test were analyzed. The research findings express that in- service training affects the increasing the quality of performance, increasing the creativity, supporting efficiency and excitement for controlling disturbances.
