چکیده :

One of the new challenges for each organization in the 21st century is get involved with spirituality in organizations. The role of spirituality leaderships in organizations are stimulation and motivation of employees by use of spirituality view and create cultural background based on human values to increase empowerment, utility, organizational commitment and motivation. In present research the sample size consists of 183 employees (69 women and 114 men) that were selected at random from Tabriz 3 zone education in East Azerbaijan-Iran. Findings of the present study were illustrated that there is significant relationship between spirituality leadership and dimensions of Spirituality leadership and empowerment in the present organization (p<0/01). The results of Enter regression showed that predictor variables significantly (Overview, Believe to achieve target or goal, Altruism, Significant Work, Register, Organizational Commitment and Leader Performance Feedback) have determined 79.3 % of the variance of empowerment together. Also the interesting results were obtained from Regression analysis to predict spirituality leadership and its dimensions on the empowerment that will watch in the present study
