چکیده :

Today’s lack of consistency and non-predictability of the governing circumstances is the most considerable transformation in the management of current organizations. Hence, organizations are supposed to operate in different forms so as to maintain their consistency and position. One of the options is taking the form of agile organizations. Agility is generally referred to the ability of an organization to perceive the environmental changes and then respond to them quickly and efficiently. Agile organization is intended to attract the customers and employees’ satisfaction. In this research, we have the objective of proposing solutions for promoting organizational agility in order to enhance the satisfaction level. For this purpose, we first investigate the relation between organizational agility and each of the effective factors on it, and then some recommendations were presented to this effect.
