چکیده :

In this paper besides the introduction of the intellectual capital and its effects on the advantages form the work force and investment in the Iranian organizations we have as well investigated the relationship between intellectual capital and competitive advantage as an important factor in the progress and presence in an international arena. The intellectual capital and its three dimensional, variables independent and competitive advantage with its 6 dimensional, are the related variables whose relationships are distributed through the questionnaires in the level of selected units of automotive parts were investigated. The sampling was in randomized methodology and among the managers and technical engineers working in the auto part manufacturing company, was with the sample volume of 128 individuals. The results of this research showed that there exists a meaningful relationship between the intellectual capital and the competitive advantage in the industry in a manner that with the increase of the intellectual capital the level of the competitive advantage also is promoted.
