Providing a Model for Supply Chain with an emphasis on the Diversity and Life cycle of a Product

One of the most important aspects of supply chain management is the choice of the appropriate supply chain that can be achieved through optimal performance throughout the chain. In the present study, the construction supply chains have been classified into three types of lean, agile, and compound. The supply chain has also been dissected according to the type of product which are divided into three types of (functional standard), innovative and compound products.Then, based onproduct specifications andproductlife cycle,aframework has been presented forthe classification ofsupplychain. In the following, a model has been discussed for selecting the appropriate chain to the product type by any organization.
