چکیده :

Today, knowledge and information show the gap between societies and nations. Therefore, the main challenge faced by many of today's organizations is the intelligent and powerful human resource. Organizations have numerous resources that human resources are considered to be the most important and valuable asset of the organization. The study of world-wide studies shows that empowerment of human resources has a significant effect on organizational performance improvement in three communication, motivational and cognitive approaches. The ability and survival of each organization depends to a great extent on the abilities, skills, knowledge and expertise of the human resources, and the more people are prepared, the better they can contribute to improving the level of efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of the organization. Nowadays, as all organizations are affected by some kind of rapid technological advances, in order to maintain their survival, they have to make changes in line with this advancement in all aspects of their organization, which is the base and the starting point for all these changes, empowering employees. The speed of technological progress and the exchange of information is increasing day by day, Hence, the most suitable method for preventing the deterioration and preservation of the organization's life and overcoming competitors and creating competitive advantage in the organization is the empowerment of employees, which is the basis for this attention to the issue of knowledge management. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explain the role of the role of KM dimensions in empowerment of employees of Azad University of Zanjan Branch. The method used in this research is survey and information gathering method as a questionnaire. Also, the research community is Azad University staffs of Zanjan unit.
