چکیده :

Purpose :The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment of physical education teachers Methods: The research method was descriptive and correlation type. The statistical population consisted of all physical education teachers of Lorestan that 181 subjects participated in the research. the justice inventory and organizational commitment questionnaire were used. Pearson correlation coefficient was used for data analysis. Results: it was suggested that there was a significant correlation between three components of organizational justice including affective organizational commitment, normative organizational commitment and continuance Organizational commitment. Conclusion: as a result, it was concluded that increasing besides the organizational justice is of importance and must be considered seriously.
