The development of idea of gauge invariance has reduced in creation quantum chromodynamics (QCD) which describes interaction of colour particles. Gross, Wilezek and Politzer have shown, that a constant of connection of quark-gluon interaction on small distances are small, and will increase with growth of a space scale. In the present moment it is confirmed in the analysis of numerous experimental data, in particular of deeply inelastic electronic scattering on protons and neutrons. According with it, a force of an attraction between quarks on small distances is not great and the law of the Coulomb as in an electrostatics is fair, and for want of large distances should great, and to supply quark confinement. Thus, the interactions colour quarks in an association from a distance pass from a phase of confinement to a phase of deconfinement. Most satisfy to this condition is phenomenological potential model of quark , and well describes a spectrum and performances charmons and bottoms. However, phenomenological potential model of quarks does not follow from an initial principle of QCD.
