The purpose of present research was investigation of relationship between Manager’s Management Styles with Their Levels of Efficiency in Mazandaran Executive Agencies and their ranking by AHP Technique. According to previous studies by different researchers, four management styles including the producer, administrative, entrepreneur and integrator styles are identified. Statistical population of this research included (N=180) and statistical sample was equal to the statistical population (n=150). The findings of present research indicated that there is a significant relationship between Manager’s management styles (Producer, Administrative, Entrepreneur, and Integrator) and their levels of efficiency in Mazandaran Executive Agencies. By using of AHP technique, we categorize managers of Mazandaran Executive Agencies in a sequence in the administrative, integrator, entrepreneur and producer management styles. Suggested that top managers of organization appoint them in appropriate position in their organization based on their individual, social, and organizational characteristics and competencies, in order to improve the organizational productivity.
