چکیده :

Novel nanocarriers have been developed as potential drug delivery systems. Niosome is a class of molecular cluster formed by self-association of non-ionic surfactants in an aqueous phase. The unique structure of niosome presents an effective novel drug delivery system (NDDS) with ability of loading both hydrophilic and lipophilic drugs. The aim of this study is loading growth factors in nanoniosomes and then incorporating these niosomes in to the hydrogel based tissue constructs for the controlled and sustained release of the proteins in order to improve their stability and performance. To this aim, nanoniosomes were prepared by Reverse-phase evaporation technique, using proteins, Span 60, cholesterol (CH) and solvents. Characterizations such as vesicle visualization, protein entrapment efficiency (EE %) and release was performed. The result of optimal conditions will be used in the tissue engineering constructs to investigate cell behavior.
