چکیده :

The special libraries of organizations and the staff and experts persons of them, due to their professional career not only, can keep the explicit knowledge of the organization, but also can transfer the tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge. There for, they can play an important role and can help to improve the organization's intellectual capital. So, research about the special libraries of regional electricity company, improve the librarian’s knowledge. The results of this study show that it is possible to upgrade the intellectual capital in the special libraries of this ministry with regard to the implementation of knowledge management. In this research, we analyzed the dimensions, elements and statements of the conceptual model after verifying them on the basis of a total alpha of 94.83 percent using different statistical methods (descriptive - analytical and survey), and achieved their internal compatibility. The scale of interactions various dimensions and components as well as ranking of their importance for realization of the feasibility of the implementation of knowledge management in the Special Libraries of the Department of Energy and their direct and significant relation with it has been proven and a model for it presented.
