چکیده :

This study aims to explore the relationship between high performance human resource practices and corporate entrepreneurship in manufacturing companies of Guilan. Statistical population in this research is all of the manufacturing companies located in Guilan province. Sample size determined by using the convenience sampling method and limited sample size. The samples were obtained 100 companies. It is argued here that previous studies have emphasized the positive impact of human resource management practices. In contrast to prior research, this paper shows that high performance human resources practices are positively related to corporate entrepreneurship, i.e. this study shows there is a relationship among high performance human resources practices and corporate entrepreneurship in productive companies of Guilan province and due to positive correlation coefficients it is the direct relationship.
