چکیده :

We investigated optimization of poly (3-hydroxy butyrate)(PHB) production by Antrobacter ludwigii IRK1 in batch culture system. Various batch experiments were carried out at different carbon source concentrations [Molasses at 0.1-0.03% (w/v)], Phosphorus source concentrations [KH2PO4 at 0.01-0.03% (w/v)] Nitrogen source concentration [NH4CL at 0.02-0.06 %( w/v)] and temperatures [37, 40, 43 0C]. In these experiments, optimum conditions production of PHB was determined using the Taguchi method. The results showed the highest PHB production by Antrobacter ludwigii IRK1 (16.63% of cell dry weight) is 0.43 g/l and this space has ability for synthesis of PHB from molasses.
