Changes climatic factors such as temperature and precipitation, especially in semi-arid areas due to limited water resources, has an important role in outbreak of environmental challenges.In this paper, according to weather data from selected stations for 40 years,(1351-90) to assess the catchment Soufi chaay basin temperature changes in the country's northwest and the assessment of regional climate change based on the Emberger index, has been discussed.Descriptive statistical data analysis and processing, the average maximum and minimum temperatures and rainfall annually and to assess the significance of the data(Trend), Turning point test was used.The results showed that: 1.The first review period for the temperature factor is no significant trend but the strong increase significantly is observed in the second period. 2. Mean temperatures with average temperature of 1.54 ° C increase in the duration of the study. 3. Emberger index based on the frequency distribution of the dry climate is on the rise.
