چکیده :

One of the requirements that have a strong role in today's dreadful chaos is concept of e-commerce. Despite the new tremendous advances and especially its tendency toward increased recently in Iran, but on the hand because that in goods of e-commerce are not tangible as same industrial trade and so one of the important requirements in shopping e-commerce is the concept of trust. Of course, action as accountability is required to the health, it is possible that citizens had have these expectations of the organizations to explaining of doing their things, organizations must know that it's important to their work and will be more cautious to spending costs. Hence this research will investigation of relationship confidence and trust with e-commerce and accountability factor that meanwhile reason to justify the organization actions and transparency of the affaires which accountability will follow trust that sometimes is raised up as the missing loop in e-commerce. In first, this research the addressees to concept of trust and defines requirements and dimensions and then accountability and in the end of the study will be expressed e-commerce and infrastructure and indicators and finally role of trust in e-commerce with a case study in several economic enterprises.
