Analysis of design requirements in education system using fuzzy QFD

One of the most important parts of a society is its education system. Any damage to it, will cause loss for other parts. The duty of an education system is training knowledgeable, effective, and promisor people for the society. This system can help other parts of the society such as economic, social, and cultural to be flourished. By studying the fate and the growing trend of developed countries, the main role of educational system on improving the other parts of these countries will be understood. This study is done in Iran. Among education system, some high schools have studied. With using QFD the high schools will be studied. QFD method, is one of useful tools in quality management that are used highly in output and services in different industries. QFD increases customer satisfaction using customer requirements. For each customer requirements, the level of customer satisfaction is different. So it is necessary how keep our customers in our hands. Customer requirements (WHATs), design requirements (HOWs) and their proportional importance will be studied. Further, the relationship between the customer requirements and design requirements will be determined. The result of this research can present the best approach for removing customer requirements and finally can increase customer's satisfaction.
