abstract
The purpse of this study was to investigate the relationship between ICT Percieved and Organizational Performance with the Mediating role of Supply Chain Management and Business Process Management. The research method is descriptive and correlational and in order to select samples, we used available non-random sampling method. The paper`s statistical population were all the employees of Shiraz industrial towns which based on the Morgan`s table, 384 individuals were selected as sample and at the end 380 acceptable questionnaires were used for the final analysis. We used standard organizational performance questionnaire (Hersi and Goldsmith, 1981), Information and Communication Technology (Mahmoudi, 2013), Supply Chain Management (Mahmoodzadeh, 1391) and Business Process Management (Al-Bashir et al., 2008). The questionnaires validity was confirmed by content and the reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Data analysis was done by the use of Likert scale (five scales) and PLS software. The findings showed that there is a direct and significant relationship between ICT and organizational performance with the mediating role of supply chain management and business process management. For this reason, it can be concluded that today's organizations, by the use of ICT, are able to save money and their resources, which lead to improve the organizational performance .
