چکیده :

Cooperative social capital management, integrated framework of trade visitors and social processes in the cooperative to better access and enhance knowledge management and intellectual capital that is ultimately the goal, the promotion of value added in and out and facilitate cooperative activities in the value of cooperative social, has the benefit of members and communities. This study investigated the role of social capital on successful management and development of cooperative productive, descriptive survey on cooperative members of the off-season productive of Sarpolezahab and Sahneh County, Kermanshah province was conducted. The Sample size consisted 82 selected randomly. The research tool is a questionnaire validity using a panel of experts and its reliability with Cronbach's coefficient alpha 0.83 respectively. Analysis of research using soft SPSS software was performed. The results indicate the effect of active participation of members of the 92/8%; create a spirit of cooperation among members to 91/08%, despite good will among members of cooperatives to 90/04%; willing to work to promote knowledge of 89/28%; communicate with other cooperative rate 88/22%; use the experiences of other cooperative rate 87/21%; the useful experiences to share with other cooperative rate 86/72%; Awareness the world market rate of 85%, according to community opinions and interact with the community level 84/52%; existence of mutual trust among cooperative members to 84/12% and the presence of shared files among members of the future 83% success rate cooperative host. According suggested being factors affecting the promotion of social capital management in order to achieve success and develop much more productive cooperatives more is considered in the past.
