The purpose of this study was to Survey of effective leadership styles on team activities for administrative staff of Sports and Youth in Mazandaran province. To this end, the 242 members of the board of directors and deputies, heads of departments, sports and youth sports, selected and leadership style questionnaires and teamwork questionnaires voluntarily completed. Data were examined using Pearson & Regression on α≤0.05 analyzed using SPSS22 statistical software was used. The results showed that all effective leadership styles on team activities. Finally, according to the regression analysis and correlation coefficient circuit advancement leadership style is most effective work teams.
