The purpose of this study was to investigate the sociological variables affecting youth job selection with job awareness approach in 2019. The statistical population of this study is 20-30 year old youth in Mashhad, which is 984.326 of whom, a sample size of 384 people was selected by calculating Cochrane formula. The results of this study show that job knowledge of new jobs and acquiring the necessary skills and specialties, entrepreneurship and family support (parents) in youth job selection. Between 20 and 30 years have a positive and significant effect, that is, with the increase of the above independent variables, there is also a significant increase in job selection power. There is also a significant difference between youth job choice in Mashhad between 20 and 30 years in terms of demographic factors (age, gender, marital status, education and economic background) and these factors affect youth job choice.
