چکیده :

Change is inevitable and must be designed and managed in order to create constructive and effective changes in organizations. Today's world has an increasing need for the kind of leadership that values the creation of organizations that aim to activate their potential and at the same time think about solving crises and emergency situations in the workplace. The current research seeks to answer the question of whether the design of management and leadership styles with a transformational approach has an effect on the optimal process of resource planning under the authority of organizations or not. This article is a developmental and review type of research, and the method of doing it is survey and library studies, as well as the means of collecting information is also a survey method. Given that in today's era, transformation, reconstruction and modernization are one of the important dimensions of organizational health, and therefore, managing change in organizations is one of the most difficult tasks of leading managers. In this regard, the present article aims to express the importance and necessity of change management in the present day, and to briefly express the factors that facilitate change and improvement in organizations and the solutions to overcome the resistances and obstacles on the way to creating changes and organizational innovations. In the end, the results of this research show that the design of management styles with the transformation approach has a significant impact on the process of resource planning in organizations.
