objectives:To increase milk production industrial cattle farms with high intensity have been increased expanding infectious diseases among cattle including mastitis . Its importance is due to economical losses and its spread among others. Despite all the efforts to decrease it such as a wide use of antibiotics and observance of hygienic notes, it is still agreat problem in the cattle farms.
Materials& Methods: for the study 750 milk samples were studied and cultures in blood agar and mckanky agar, After 24 hours incubation they were transferred to differentiating cultures and the results are below.
