Evaluation of measure of bacterial contamination of common carp (cyprinus carpio) of Aras dam

Objectives: Breeding common carp ( cyprinus carpio) is omnivorous and generally Macro benthic. The natural food of this fish are insects and macro benthic soft , and in the late second of breeding (fall), also consume amount of plant food, the aim of this study is reviewing the amount and type of bacterial contamination of common carp(cyprinus carpio)of Aras dam. Materials & Methods: within a month of investigation ,Atas dam common carp (cyprinus carpio) were caught to review the amount of pollution of their bacteria from 120 fished fresh fish, sampling operation was taken of three gill regions and abdominal skin, for culture bacteria was used from TsA medium and the samples were transferred to temperature of 25' c , after 24 to 48 hours bacterial colonies begin to grow and microscopic slides from them were prepared. Results& conclusion: from a total of 360 samples in review, 14 samples were infected with Aeromonas salmonsida and 67 samples were infected with Yersinia sp. The prominent feature of these fish was coping with hot conditions. These groups of fish that are perceived as the chinese fish have good nutrition , growth and reproduction at temperature above 18 degrees. The best growth condition of them is 25_28 degress. At temperature less than 18 c feed , but in12c . Conversion of food into meat finds decrease and in 7c don't feed and in 4c go to winter sleep .In general, the chieftain of breeding fish is common carp (cyprinus carpio).
