Medical diagnostic laboratories the most important aspects of healthcare, the electronic system will facilitate the process of laboratory performance. The most important areas that should be examined medical efficiently : Predicting the risk of various cancers , prediction and treatment of heart disease and early detection , Identify drugs and new methods for the treatment of genetic diseases common in patients , Use and quick alternative methods and new techniques in clinical laboratories , the use of new software and new laboratory equipment. However, new approaches to managing information are now required, in order to respond to changing demands of healthcare delivery: 1.The consolidation of pathology services into larger units of organization, e.g. managed clinical networks of laboratories, 2.The increased role for primary and community care within the broader health service, 3.Introduction of new approaches to service delivery, e.g. point-of-care testing (POCT), 4.More open access to the knowledge base supporting evidence-based medicine for clinicians, patients and public, 5.Integrated management of all aspects of clinical services, 6.Demands for direct patient access to laboratory results for self-management. In laboratories due to the lack of skilled and experienced personnel in the public testing laboratories in the country and the lack of standards for testing or even fatigue caused by repeated and multiple shifts in different laboratories leading to incorrect analysis in some cases. One of the branches emerging researchers, using new technologies in the development of new methods to the challenges that new tools and techniques are not able to solve them overcome. Undoubtedly, the development of diagnostic techniques that are affordable and can be implemented easily be a priority. The use of these new tools will better understand the physiological and biochemical events at the cellular scale which resulted in the prevention and early diagnosis and treatment of them.
