چکیده :

This study was aimed to study the effects of the teaching organization components on the employees’ psychological empowerment. The statistical population of this study includes the employees of staff departments in Gas Company of Isfahan Province that a sample of 204 employees has been selected randomly based on Morgan table of sampling. In order to collect the research data, a self-administrated questionnaire has been used. The Cronbachs’ Alpha Coefficient of this questionnaire was 0.97 that confirm its reliability. In order to analyze the data and test research hypotheses, Structural equation modeling and other statistical methods have been employed in SPSS and Smart-PLS. the results of this study revealed that virtuous teaching cycle, teachable point of view, ideas, and edge influence the employees’ psychological empowerment significantly. Another part of the results indicated that the values and emotional energy did not influence psychological empowerment.
