FEASIBILITY OF IMPLEMENTATION OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT IN THE ORGANIZATIONS

The present study investigated the implementation process of comprehensive knowledge management system in three organizations of Road and transportation ministry of Islamic Republic of Iran, Water and Wastewater Company of Khorasan Razavi and urban management of Mashhad. In this study, it is attempted that by analysis of three above organizations that implemented knowledge management by sharing, the general solution and some recommendations are presented based on 8 factors of the reasons of using, goals, application range, organizing, method, technology, achievements, problems and limitations in the organizations. The present study was done in this regard that the authorities of the organizations and service institutions are aware of the importance of knowledge management in organizational processes and its effective role in knowledge production and by presenting some solutions, the authorities are helped in better implementation of knowledge management. The study population and study sample of the present study are all the employees and managers of three mentioned organizations and at first, the implementation of total knowledge management system in ministry of road and transportation of Islamic Republic of Iran is investigated and two basic models of knowledge structure and “Nonaka and Takeuchi”. The results of the study showed that in these three organizations, besides the two models, motivational methodology, giving reward and giving privileges played important role in increasing efficiency.
