The present study was conducted to determine the role of postgraduate education on improving the capabilities of the employees in the Department of Economic Affairs and Finance of Isfahan. The method of the study is descriptive-survey, and field methods were used to collect data. The statistical population of the present study is the total postgraduate employees in the Department of Economic Affairs and Finance of Isfahan, which was reported to be 70 members during 1394. The sample population and the statistical population are assumed to be equal.
