چکیده :

This study aimed to analyze the compatibility of +10 police offices' activities with EFQM model. The indices of organizational EFQM excellence model were used in this research. This study included one main hypothesis and nine subordinate ones. The population of the study comprised of all managers and staff of the +10 police officers in Ardebil who had been working there in the third trimester of 2011. According to the size of the population, in this research the opinion of all the managers and staff were used by taking a census. The population and the sample were in agreement. Descriptive and inferential statistics in SPSS were used for data analysis. In descriptive statistics number, frequency and percentage were calculated. The results of this study showed a significant difference between the current situations of +10 police offices and the excellence situations based on indices of EFQM model. +10 police offices acquired 477.145 points out of 1000 possible points. Finally, a series of recommendations were made based on obtained results and indices.
