چکیده :

The present research was conducted with the aim of exploring the relationship between organizational culture and human resource productivity of Bank Ansar in Urmia Province. The study population consisted of employees of Urmia Ansar Bank, whose number stand at 122 individuals according to the information received from the office. The sampling method in this study was a simple random sampling. Due to the limited population of the sample, Cochrane sampling method was used for sampling the limited population. Thus the number of the sample was equal to 93 individuals at 5% error level. The present research is an applied research by purpose, and it is a correlational study in terms of method. The instrument of data collection was a standard question in this research given the framework of the model. The questionnaire has three descriptive parts (acquisition of information on gender, age, education, and job tenure), cultural organization based on Rahimnia and Hassanzadeh (2012), and employee productivity based on Nasiripour et al (2009). Collected data were analyzed using SPSS software program. The results of the research indicated that organizational culture and its dimensions (job involvement, consistency, adaptability, and mission) are significantly related to the productivity of human resource of Urmia Ansar Bank. Moreover, consistency was the most important dimension influencing the human resource productivity of Urmia Ansar Bank.
