چکیده :

Magnetic nanoparticle is known as a strong absorbent for eliminating heavy metals in which Bentonit is used as a matrix. In previous researches, NaOH had been used as a precipitator. In this study, because of the bad effects of Na on Bentonite absorbent (Calcic), Ammonia (NH3) was replaced as a precipitator agent. Absorption of Copper from wastewater using synthesized magnetite (Fe3O4) Bentonite nanoadsorbent was the main purpose of this study. Synthesized Magnetite-Bentonite nanoparticles (20-40 nm) were produced by Coprecipitation method then were analyzed by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR) methods. Afterwards, the produced nanoparticles were used as an adsorbent for wastewater treatment. The experiments were designed by Design of Experiment (DOE) software. The amount of absorbent, connection time, concentration Cu+2 and pH were the most important factors selected for analyze. In the following, using CCD design modal an optimum condition was suggested to achieve the best absorption (removal) of metal ions. Subsequently, 89% of Copper metal ions were absorbed.
