چکیده :

Stable export, being considered as one the main components effective for the national income, leading to the achievement of steady economic development, reduction of unemployment, and social justice, is one of the parameters, attracting the attention of economy policy makers in each country, having a fundamental role in balancing the level of payments and increasing their resources. However, management plays a very important role in the promotion of the export performance of exporting firms. In other words, in today's unstable atmosphere of market, which is full of wide environmental changes, causing firms to have more flexibility in their communications, managers play a highly significant role in the development of the strategies for internationalization. The main goal of the study is to present a model to recognize those management characteristics effective for the development of non-petroleum export in Iranian export firms. It also intends to analyze the hypotheses related to this issue. The methodology of the study for data elicitation is survey-qualitative. A questionnaire was used to gather data and some interviews were also done with some managers of export firms. The results of the study are indicative of the acceptance of all hypotheses.
