چکیده :

Teachers as a group influencing development and transmission of knowledge and ideas to the next generation of researchers have been several research studies have focused on teachers ' job satisfaction. The present study investigated the role of positive affect , self-efficacy , and support of math and physics in high school teachers ' job satisfaction was sampling . To reach this important stage of this community, 200 were selected randomly. A total of 115 females and 85 males. Testing of job satisfaction, positive affect , self-efficacy , supporting the goal of each cover several scales were executed . Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results showed a causal pathway between all components were significant and positive impact they have on each other. Path analysis indicated that the exogenous variables affect the most positive effect on self-efficacy and support on job satisfaction is the goal. Accordingly, we can conclude that positive affect variables , self-efficacy , and support to achieve an appropriate explanatory variables for job satisfaction math and physics and is considered as one of the predictors of job satisfaction and promotion programs psychological well-being and welfare of the teachers utilized.
