Relationship of School Managers' Leadership Styles with Efficiency of Physical Education Teachers

By adopting an appropriate leadership style for conduct their employees, according to the culture of the organization and organizational maturity, managers lead the willingness of staffs to the effort and more efficiency. The aim of this study is to examine the School Managers' Leadership Styles with Efficiency of Physical Education Teachers in Babol city of Mazandaran province. For this purpose, 56 male & female physical education teachers and 400 girl & boy students were selected from guidance school as (5482 people) random cluster. The measurement tool applied in this study is a Fiddler questionnaire of School Managers' Leadership Styles with Efficiency of Physical Education Teachers which have with validity of 0.93 (Fidler, 1967). For analysis of given data, the descriptive statistics (mean, percentage, standard deviation calculation) inferential statistics (chi-square test and t-test) was used (p<0.05). Findings of statistical calculations showed that between school managers' leadership styles with efficiency of physical education teachers, there's a significant relationship.
