چکیده :

In recent years, "manpower empowerment " has been regarded as a tool for managers to handle modern organizations effectively ( by features such as diverse channels of influence, increasing dependence on horizontal and network structure, decreasing distance between employees and managers, decreased organizational loyalty). The purpose of this study is to identify and to examine the relationship between effective factors and empowerment of nurses working in private sector hospitals and finally to give conceptual model for the empowerment. The effective factors are identified using factor analysis and typical relationships between the factors are identified using Pierson Correlation Test. The results show that job enrichment, job challenge, team working, creativity and innovation, giving feedback and role ambiguity are effective on empowerment of this group of nurses. In last section, conceptual model is designed and proposed based on the identified factors and their interrelations. It is noted that this study is in applied-developmental form in terms of its nature and goals.
