چکیده :

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between role clarity and job compatibility in the Office of Physical Education and Sport boards were Mazandaran province. Method of cross correlation and population, including all staff (570 people), Office of Physical Education and Sport boards Mazandaran province was in 2012. Sample Table by Krjys and Morgan (1970) 230 was determined, but the numbers were 215 questionnaires completed and returned. A stratified random sampling procedure was used to fit population. Instruments measuring job coping questionnaires based on the theory of job compatibility boasting Davis and Lofqist (1990) and a questionnaire based on questionnaires, role clarity Sawyer (1992), respectively. Employees in departments of physical education and sports delegations indicated. Job environment variables for each character and the values of transparency requirements alone were affected. The work environment variables, personality, values and needs, and satisfaction were also isolated affected the transparency of the process.
