Employment and the related indexes indicate the economic quality of population. Many scholars of science and economic developers know the employment index as a measurable pulse in the rate of health, record and economic misery of society, and from this perspective, unemployment, record, inflation, and poverty are joined together and their interactive impact leads National economics into an absolute fall. Today the world's most developed countries and the populated countries, in order to prevent the unemployment crisis and achieve sustainable employment, try to create a logical and systematic connection between different sectors of the economic (Agriculture, Industry and Services) in the national territory. The scientific literature knows the coherence between the economic structure prevailing in three sectors as indicators of development and their separation as a factor in their backward. In this regard, compare and perform a comparative analysis of indicators of employment and activity in levels including national, provincial, and district, could be useful in clarifying status of any territory with location balance or the lack of it in different economic sectors. In This study which is conducted by asnadi (Library) research methods, economic components in 2006 General population and housing census (including the number of active population and the number of employees in different parts) was used by location-Quotient scientific approach. The approach, which is common in Economic Base Theory and regional development, will determine the basic or export economic sectors and service or non-basic economic sector in Kohgiluyeh & Boyerahmad. The results with regard to the collection of line charts and statistical table are as follows: 1. The rise of the service sector in the city of Boyerahmad as a basic sector and the rest of the province as a non-basic sector, 2. The rise of industry in the city of Gachsaran as a part of the basic sector and the rest of province as a part of non-basic, 3. Converting the agricultural sector in the city of Dena, Bahmaei, Kohgiluyeh to the basic sector and the rest of province as non-basic sector, 4. The emergence of the lowest imbalance in the service sector of Kohgiluyeh and Bahmaei with the same LQ.
